印度在近几年的半导体市场确实也在发力,印度高性能计算中心C-DAC本周就公布了自己研发的Aum HPC处理器,最多96核,而且是5nm工艺。

C-DAC研发的Aum处理器除了用于HPC、超算之外,还准备用于AI、云计算等市场,预计在2023年底到2024年上市,首先会用于试验性的1PFLOPS超算,未来还会用于印度自己的百亿亿次超算系统中。
内部有2组48核V1核心,总计96个核心,每核心还有1MB L2缓存,总计96MB,还有96MB系统缓存共享。96个核心CPU频率是3.0GHz,加速可达3.5GHz,而且TDP只有280-320W,相当高效了。
